How A Fool Discovery Cured My Bad Breath

A bad breath cure isn't as expensive as you think it might be. Sure you can try the commercial products available on the shelf. But why pay good money for something that you can find within your home? Home remedies for common health problems such as bad breath have proven to be cheaper, easier to use and more importantly effective.

Read along and I'm sure there will be a bad breath cure is amongst the suggestions below that will work for you.

The first thing that we're going to suggest is using common herbs to cleanse bad breath. A list of herbs that can be safely used as home remedies include:

  • Parsley – This herb has always been used to minimize odors associated with garlic and onion intake. If you are using this as a bad breath cure, remember that the parsley that you eat has to be fresh. Dried parsley may be more convenient for some but it's not going to be as effective.
  • Sage - Used for sore throat and gingivitis, this herb dries excess secretion such as mucus from sinus infection, a common cause of bad breath.
  • Thyme – Use this herb like you would a mouse rinse. It'll kill funguses, bacterias and viruses. This particular herb is also a strong antiseptic and good for colds and the flu.
  • Clove - Good for bad breath caused by rotting food in mouth, just remember to take some water after using this home remedy because this herb can be a little dehydrating.

Other than using herbs as a cure for bad breath you can also try the following tips depending on which home remedy is most convenient for you:

  • Chew some cardamom seeds to sweeten your breath. The aromatic flavor in cardamom is a breath freshener.
  • Add 1 lemon juice with some sugar and salt to a glass of water and drink it often.
  • Tea made from Fenugreek seeds is also beneficial in bad breath and bad odor.
  • Mix three parts of peppermint leaves with two parts of water. Grind in blender until solution is thick. Gargle one cup of the solution everyday for one week. Each day your breath will get better. Make fresh concoction every other day.
  • A cleaned colon will often alleviate bad breath.
  • Eating natural supplements of calcium, C vitamins, B-complex and myrrh everyday will help you reduce bad breath
  • To merely cover odor, chew cloves, drink peppermint tea, eat parsley, take chlorophyll, or gargle with barberry tea.
  • Chew food well and drink water between meals to aid in digestion.
